We have been using a set of technologies to allow collaboration in the VE CoLab. In our never ending pursuit of all things simple and easy to use, we have found a new tool. This one is call OCPortal, and it seems to combine the tools that your input has indicated that you need.
Designed to be very easy to use, with a lot of help and tutorials, we look forward to your additions and input.
For the registered users, we have tried to pull your IDs and passwords over. Of course, this does not always work, so if there are problems, or if you have forgotten your ID or Password, please send a note to info@vecolab.org.

VPEARL Summit Database (XML Format) by don.otis

The file system does not allow bare XML, as t could interfere with the site operations. This is zipped in a normal fashion in Linux to a .zip format, which should be accessible to all.
